Bodyweight Fitness

Every Monday 06:30 – 07:15.

Price: £6.00.

Within your own social distanced circle on the bootcamp field, a class to hit all muscle groups just using your own bodyweight. Suitable for all abilities. Please note all participants will be required to wash their hands upon entry and exit from Field Fit.

Bring Your Own Weight

Every Monday 19:00 – 20:00.

Price: £8.00.

A weight-based workout where you can bring your own weighted equipment (kettlebell, dumbbell etc) or use Field Fit’s equipment which will be thoroughly disinfected by the Field Fit team after the class. Hitting all muscle groups, using equipment and body weight to suit the individual’s needs. Suitable for all abilities. Please note all participants will be required to wash their hands upon entry and exit from Field Fit.

OCR Workout

Every Tuesday evening at 19:00 – 20:00

Price £8.00.

Obstacle based workout where you will be given equipment and one obstacle for the class, equipment will not be passed around and anything used will be thoroughly disinfected by the Field Fit team after the class. Hitting all muscle groups, usually combining running/jogging, using the obstacles and carrying heavier items. Suitable for all abilities. Please note all participants will be required to wash their hands upon entry and exit from Field Fit.
