Client / Trainer Agreement

·        The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe bootcamp session that will take into account the fitness levels of the class.

·        The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe Field Fit event as and when they are scheduled to run.

·        The trainer will provide all necessary equipment and will organise the Field Fit bootcamp field for all training sessions and Field Fit events. Note that some Field Fit events will take place within the surrounding countryside.

·        All clients must complete a “PAR-Q” form before attending any bootcamp or Field Fit event.

·        The trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from a client’s GP. Please be aware that GP’s may charge for this.

·        All OCR and Field Fit event clients must additionally complete a “Consent Waiver” form before commencing any OCR bootcamps including Time Trial and all Field Fit events.

·        All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.

·        The client is required to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.

·        The client is required to wear appropriate clothing.

·        The client is required to bring appropriate hydration.

Payments

·        Bookings for bootcamp sessions will close 1 hour prior to the bootcamp start time, clients must ensure they are booked on and paid prior to this through the Field Fit website. No cash will be taken at the Field Fit bootcamp field.

·        Payment for single bootcamp sessions and Field Fit events must be made at the time of booking, via the Field Fit website.

·        Bootcamp block booking packages must be paid for in advance, but bootcamp sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all bootcamp sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer. After 90 days, no refunds will be made.

·        Refunds for any bootcamp block booked packages must be requested to the trainer via email (info@fieldfit.co.ukwithin 14 days of initial purchase and, if authorised, will be refunded within 14 days of the request being received. If any bootcamp sessions have been used, these will be deducted from the total refund amount at a cost of £8 per used session.

·        All bootcamp memberships must be paid for in advance, but bootcamp sessions do not have to be booked in advance.

·        For monthly bootcamp memberships, bootcamp sessions must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer. After 30 days, no refunds will be made.

·        For annual bootcamp memberships, bootcamp sessions must be redeemed within 364 days of purchase, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer. After 364 days, no refunds will be made.

·        Refunds for all bootcamp membership packages must be requested to the trainer via email (info@fieldfit.co.ukwithin 14 days of initial purchase and, if authorised, will be refunded within 14 days of the request being received. Cancellations

·        In the situation where less than 2 clients are booked on to a bootcamp session, the session will be cancelled with 1 hours’ notice. This decision is down to the discretion of the trainer.

·        If the trainer needs to cancel a Field Fit event, they will strive to give as much notice as possible to all clients booked on.

·        If the trainer cancels a bootcamp session or Field Fit event, clients who are booked on will be issued a full refund or given the option to carry over their booking to another bootcamp session within a 7 day period.

·        Clients must give 1 hours’ notice of cancellation for all bootcamp sessions, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer.

·        Clients must give 1 weeks’ notice of cancellation for all Field Fit events, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer.

·        If the client cancels their bootcamp session within an hour of the bootcamp starting, or is a ‘no show’, then this bootcamp session is charged at full price and there will be no refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer.

·        If the client cancels their place on a Field Fit event within 1 week of the event starting, or is a ‘no show’, then the Field Fit event is charged at full price and there will be no refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances and the discretion of this will be down to the trainer.

·        If the client is late for a bootcamp session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.

·        If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the end of the bootcamp session if there is time to do so, or will be added to subsequent sessions.
